Fast Referrals & Member Support
Fast referrals support both patients and physician offices. Many member services are available through Direct Referrals, allowing for timely access to specialty care.
An Online Referral Portal further assists physician offices when a referral is needed.

SMG offers a structured system designed to support rapid claims payment, including:

Training & Physician Office Support
SMG’s experienced support team—comprised of Certified Coders and CMS Star Experts—provides proactive training and support programs. Training and support are offered both on-site at physician offices and through off-site training sessions.
